대관령에 위치한 리조트라 복도의 인테리어가 아쉬움을 주지만 객실의 층고가 높아 좋다.

인근에서 시설면으로는 가장 신뢰하고 이용할 수 있는 호텔입니다.
다만 출장때문에 여러 차례 방문하지만, 일부 리셉션 직원 분들의 서비스는 개선되지 않고 있고, 지나치게 높은 조식 비용은 서비스 만족도를 낮추는 요인입니다.

강원도 여행을 3박 4일하면서 리조트 2박, 호텔 1박을 묵었는데 호텔은 부대시설로 인해 편리했다. 평창이라 5월인데도 추웠던 것이 생각지 못한 점이었지만 바로 옆에 목장도 있고 접근성이 좋아서 다음에도 방문 의사가 있다.
